I bought a new GPU (gtx 750 ti) and PSU ( XP600R6 Xilence) for my old PC, but now i want to buy the rest of new components. My budget is around 500 EUR and I also don't have to worry about software.

Can someone suggest any builds or some PC building guides for me?

Few words

Add your GTX 750 Ti to the build above and for gaming, you're looking medium settings @ 720p.

Reason why all Xilence PSUs are crap is due to the false advertisement. HardwareInsights did a review of the Xilence PSU which belongs to the same series as your bought PSU but it's "rated" for 400W. Expect the same level of performance (or lack of it) from your PSU as well,
review: https://www.hardwareinsights.com/xilence-performance-c-series-xp400r6-review/#Introducing-the-Xilence-XP400R6

Your PC will be much better off when it's powered by good quality PSU. So, i put Seasonic M12II-520 EVO in which is also fully-modular to ease the cable management.
All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic. Full specs with pics in my sig.
