[SOLVED] PC Upgrade Suggestions for DOTA 2

Greetings! I’m wondering how I can improve my DOTA 2 experience. With my current PC, I can play with all settings on low with the rendering at 80% sitting around 80-90 fps. I can play smoothly except when there are times that DOTA 2 suddenly crashes some part in the late-game. It doesn’t always happen, though. Any tips so I can play with better graphics along with good fps? Thank you.

My current PC set-up:
CPU: Intel i3-3210 @3.20Ghz
GPU: GeForce 710 1GB
RAM: 4GB

Update: my motherboard is the ASUS H61 M-E. Would upgrading my CPU to an i5 be the best way to improve DOTA?

Okay. Thanks for answering. However, I have a 32-bit Windows 7 that can only handle 4gb of RAM. And, since DOTA is a CPU-intensive game, is my processor good enough for it? Thank you.

Btw, my budget is around $80 and I’m from the Philippines.

And, any ideas why there are some matches where DOTA 2 crashes? Thanks.
