CPU: QX6700 (Embarrasing)
GPU: HD 6970
GPU2: GT 610 (Dedicated PhysX)
PSU: Antec 650W
RAM: 4GB DDR2
MOBO: Nvidia 680i SLI

I Would Like To Upgrade My PC Because My CPU Is a HUGE Bottleneck and in Games Like GTA IV I Cant Get Higher Than 35 FPS and GTA V I Cant Get Higher Than 30FPs and FC4 Highest 25FPS and Watch Dogs Highest 18-24FPS

I Was Considering Getting An GTX 960 But An HD 7970/R9 280X Is Way Better For Around The Same Price So I Think I Should Get That Instead But For The CPU Im Not Sure. My Friend Has A Spare A8-5500B Thatll He'll Give Me If I Buy An FM2 Motherboard But That Socket Is Outdated So I Was Thinking Of Buying Either An FX-6300 Or G3258 But The G3258 Wont Play Well With Games Like Watch Dogs, FC4 & Maybe GTA V.

You might want to bring that CPU to a museum haha..

The FX-6300 would be you best option at that price for those games. Normally I would be suggesting an i3 but since gta 5 can use the extra cores, I suggest the 6300. But I highly recommend going the extra mile and getting an i5-4460 and a cheaper H81/H97 motherboard. You won't regret it. It's about $60 more than the 6300 and will kick it's ___. Don't forget that the motherboard for Intel tend to be cheaper than AMD ones with equivalent quality and features.

Another bonus about the Intel path is that it has an actual upgrade path unlike the AMD board.

As for the GPU, going with the 280x would be a solid choice.

So Should I Go With The FX 6350 Or i5 4460 ? I Was Watching Some Gameplay and It Shows The i5 Ahead In FPS But I Could OC The FX Chip and Squeeze Quite Some Performance.
