PC Upgrade Suggestions

New to the PC build world here. Looking for suggestions for upgrades. I seem to be liking the AMD side.

Current Build:
Ryzen 3 1200
ASRock AB350 Pro4 Motherboard
DDR4 Dual 16G Memory
Radeon RX560 4G GDDR5

Looking for thoughts on what to upgrade first or what can be upgraded with current motherboard or CPU. I am entertaining something along the lines of an RX580 with current CPU. Should I upgrade the CPU first to open my GPU options?

Not looking to break the bank but i want a solid setup for gaming with 1080 on high or ultra settings.

The Ryzen 3 1200 (OC) can handle up to a GTX 1060 w/o bottleneck. So yes, the RX-580 would be a good move if your PSU can handle it. So I would go that route first.
