Hello,
I just "upgraded" my PC, but the problem is, that it is much slower and louder than before. I had some issues with the gpu why I had to update the Bios.

Here are my specs:
before:
cpu: i7 3770
motherboard: ga h77m d3h
ram: 16gb ddr3
gpu: nvidia 620 2gb
power supply: corsair cx 430
case: coolermaster

after upgrade
cpu: i7 3770
motherboard: ga h77m d3h
ram: 32gb ddr3
gpu: gtx 1070 msi x gaming
power supply: be quiet! bn242 Power 8 (600W)
case: silentbase 800

Can you help me with my problem? Do the parts my not fit together?

Greetings!

Define "much slower"; much slower during what? what is your definition of "slower"; load times, FPS, stutter, FPS dips?

As for louder, you have a much louder cooler on the 1070 than you would've on the gt 620, so that makes sense but only if the fans are spinning up. When is the PC louder? Gaming? Idle?

The Gpu fans are not even activated. I think the fans of the case are so loud. I try to control them with speed fan, but I dont get them below 1000rpm ( I set the pwm to 0%, when I did this to the cpu fan it stopped spinning, but the case fans keep spinning)
