Hey ,i got MSI B75A-G43 Gaming with i5 2320 3.0Ghz 16 Gb Ram and a 7850 HIS IceQX 2 gb FSP HEXA 500w
Should i get GTX 970 AMP! Omega or i7 3770 with secondhand PCS+ 7970 ?

The 970 would be the best upgrade for you. Later on, you can upgrade the CPU to the i7.
