You probably need to add more RAM to your computer, that's what's most in need of an upgrade.
What is your budget (money you have to spend) on the upgrade?
of course i will buy a ram , my budget on graphics card will be around 10k - 15k(INR)( 2gb either nvidia/amd)
Can you send me a link to the store you're buying the graphic card from?

Zotac GTX 750 Ti 2GB
As for the ram upgrade, how many sticks of ram do you have currently? 1 2GB stick or 2 1GB sticks?
i have total 2 RAM slots, in one slot i using 2GB and in another slot i am planning to use 8GB RAM
is 1GB graphics card (as you have mentioned 750ti)enough for games like COD series,Crysis series,Battlefield Series,NFS series etc.. and upcoming games as well ?
Whoops! I apologize, I wasn't familiar with the existence of 1GB versions of the 750 Ti, use this one instead.

As for ram, sure you can throw one 8GB stick in there, but if you could get 2 4GB sticks it would be optimal.
1. Is there any difference in using 2 4GB sticks or 1 8GB stick(referring to your's above statement) ?
2.Above graphics card which you have mentioned is quoting 400watts in specs section, does my psu supportable or should i change my psu, because i dont have molex cable(which comes from psu[ if i am not wrong] ) for connecting to graphics card ?
3.Most important i dont have cooling fans for my case should i keep open one side permanently ?
4.Will that support for future upcoming games ?
Thank you,
1. You will run them in Dual-Channel mode, which will provide more bandwidth which can help in some games, but if it's cheaper for you to go with just 1 8GB stick and add it to the 2GB stick, go for it, but you probably won't need 10GB of RAM, it's not as helpful as running them in dual-channel mode when gaming.
2. You may have to upgrade your power supply then, it's for the best.
3. The GTX 750 Ti runs cool, shouldn't need any sort of extra fans.
4. Well my brother plays the latest Metal Gear Solid on his GTX 750 Ti just fine on 60FPS, 1080P, and currently, it can rival the PS4 in some games, so you should be set for a good while, don't expect this card to run everything on it's maximum settings at 1080p though, it's still a midrange-entry level card.
