Here is my current build I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card to an rx 580 so im wondering if there are any better options or if I would need to upgrade anything else.

Of course there are better options. But we'd need to know your budget first.

An RX 580 might be a bit much for that 430 watt EVGA PSU in terms of power draw. AMD recommends at least a 500 watt PSU for systems running those cards.

There are some newer cards that offer similar performance though, like the GTX 1650 SUPER, which often performs slightly better than an RX 580 while drawing around half the power under load, likely making it better-suited for your current power supply. It also shouldn't be too different in terms of pricing, at least in the US, though most RX 580s offer more VRAM...

Alternately, you might consider something faster like a 1660 or 1660 SUPER, which draw somewhat more power, but still significantly less than an RX 580.
