i have a pc with a aorus450 pro 16gb ram ddr and a ryzen 5 2400g
now i want to do an upgrade and i am looking to buy a gtx 1660 super
my thermaltake tr2 s 450w is enough?

and also i saw that my 12v is a little bit higher than the tollerance, it's usually 12.670, sometimes i saw that can peak at 12.744 is that alarming?

Changing out pc parts is not difficult. Look up a few videos and be sure to ground yourself often when touching pc parts(touch a metal object to ground yourself). Don't wear socks on carpet.

Consider the seasonic GC(non-amazon link), other ones that are currently out of stock would be the evga GD or BQ.

It's an alright older budget unit, the hold up time is real short(10ms), so if you have a mini power outage(the ones where you blink and it's over), it's likely turn off the pc. It's a dated double forward design, so it's a more budget unit and might make some harmless sounds under load. It'll work if you're strapped for cash.
