i have a pc with a aorus450 pro 16gb ram ddr and a ryzen 5 2400g
now i want to do an upgrade and i am looking to buy a gtx 1660 super
my thermaltake tr2 s 450w is enough?

and also i saw that my 12v is a little bit higher than the tollerance, it's usually 12.670, sometimes i saw that can peak at 12.744 is that alarming?

Well, I don't think the tr2 will kill your pc or anything, but it's definitely not a recommended psu for anything other then an igpu. it doesn't help that the 12v rail is out of spec. Get a better unit, where in the world are you located?
italy, my probelm is that i'm very noob with this type of pc stuff, it's easy to exchange? and what type of psu would you reccomend?
Changing out pc parts is not difficult. Look up a few videos and be sure to ground yourself often when touching pc parts(touch a metal object to ground yourself). Don't wear socks on carpet.

Consider the seasonic GC(non-amazon link), other ones that are currently out of stock would be the evga GD or BQ.
