Hello.
I have this system built in 2018:

MOBO: MSI B250M PRO-VD
CPU: Intel Core i5-7400
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 1050 Ti GDDR5 4GB
RAM: Corsair 16 GB KIT DDR4 2666 MHz CL16 Vengeance CL16-18-18-35
PSU: EVOLVEO 500 W
CASE: Thermaltake M9
Monitor: AOC I2481FXH - 24", IPS
Drives:
ADATA SATA SSD for system files
WD SATA SSD
HDD (only for storage)

I want to do a partial upgrade, since i can't buy a whole new computer. The computer is for general use with casual gaming in mind. So i aim for 1080p and 60fps. I'm mainly playing destiny 2, and want to catch up on some older games like witcher 3, but also i'd like to try some newer games like Mass Effect Legendary edition.
So what order do you recommend upgrading the parts? At the moment the budget is 350-400euro. I'm from Slovakia (central europe).

If your budget is around 350-400 euros then I would suggest upgrading your power supply and graphics card. Then after a few years you can move these parts into a new build, they will carry over well.

Look for a 850 watt PSU (overkill for the setup, just more flexibility moving forward), and an RTX 3060
This will give you all the graphics processing you need to max out any modern title in 1080 at 60fps.
