Question PC Upgrades

Hi guys.
Ive had my pc for a few years now but looking to upgrades some components to gain better fps in game. I usually play COD MW warzone and multiplayer, PUBG, Rainbow Six and games alike.

These are my specs:

• MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 2GB
• Gigabyte Z170 K3 mobo
• Intel core i5-6600k
• 16gb corsair ram (vengence I think)
• Corsair H115i water cooler

I'm thinking of upgrading to:

• Intel core i7-9700k
• Nvidia RTX 2070 super

Its been a while since I knew a fair bit about PC's so im just wondering if these upgrades are good to gain fps and if anything else would need to be upgraded to prevent bottlenecking or any other alternatives!
