PC Upgrading Advice.

It's come the time I need to Upgrade my beloved PC, But I have No idea what to upgrade in it, apart from the graphics card, and a new hard drive. Any suggestions ? My Budget is £500 ( around 700 USD) My PC below. Really Im just looking to run fallout 4 and all the mods one could think of adding when it comes out.

I have some Idea of what I want to get, which is a updated graphics card
the MSI NVIDIA GTX 970 Gaming Twin Frozr HDMI DVI-I DP Graphics Card (4GB, PCI Express, DDR5, 256 Bit)

and more ram , I was thinking of going for HyperX 32 GB 1600 MHz CL9 DDR3 HyperX Beast Desktop Memory Kit (4 x 8GB) - Intel XMP

While I am aware that the ram is a bit over kill, I Will be using this PC for video editing as well as games.

I guess the main thing I want to know is would these upgrades work with my other bits of hardware, or would it just blow up , or melt.

and does any one have any other bits of advice?

I would also get a better quality psu as well.
