[SOLVED] PC upgrading help

What I currently have.
i5 2500k stock
16gb ddr3 ram
1070 strix
Solid gear 650e
1tb hhd
2 120gb ssd

I want to keep the ram. New Cpu and mobo have to be ddr3. I'm on a budget for cpu and mobo, somewhere between 100$-150$. If someone can find a cheap motherboard for the i5 2500k that would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what board you are upgrading from, or if you need a certain size board (ATX, mATX, iTX) or if you plan to OC or how many RAM slots you need or what your budget limit is, but ii55 boards are getting pretty scarce unless you want to buy used. Take a look at these and see what fits your requirements. That's about all that remains of new boards.

I just want a motherboard atx or matx that is compatible with the i5 2500k and is 100$ or less used or new. I'm upgrading from a broken p67 msi Mobo. Preferably 4 ram slots

There's nothing in the above list that you can OC your i5-2500K with for under $100. Or even near $100. So, you'll have look for something used. Even if you pass on OC'ing, the ones available new are either crap or scarce. So... it's off to ebay.
Here are the ones under $100, 1155 socket, US only, bids and buy it now.

Here is an example of a Gigabyte board that has what you need to OC the i5-2500K and comes with a I/O shield plate. That is something you really don't want to do without if possible.
Of course, I can't vouch for any of the used ones you understand.
