pc usb problems

I've built my pc and after 3 week I accidentally disconnected the outlet then replug the power but then my usb ports won't work.

have you tried resetting your CMOS of your motherboard? remember to properly shutdwon your PC. and turn off your PSU and unplug the power cord. before you do this.
