Question PC used to boot but now no signal

So me and my friend finally got my PC to boot into bios where we installed Windows 10, turned out reason it wasn’t working was because the CPU fan was flipped on the wrong way. Since the Mobo I was using does not have a dedicated Wifi card, I decided to go downstairs and connect the PC to the Ethernet (since the routers pretty far away from my room). Well now it doesn’t boot at all, no signs of BIOS or nothing. I made sure there are no loose connections, changed the ram slots, made sure the PSU isn’t the problem since it had enough capacity and all the parts were working as usual. Fans spinning, LEDS. I tried looking at the beeps to diagnose the problems and all it gave me was spammy randomized beeps which I could not recognize at all.

Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz
MSI RX570
Ryzen 5 2600
Kingston 100 something GB SSD
480 Watt PSU

PSU you are using are somewhat near to margin. I think 480watt is little less. But if it is working fine, then check your system without GPU.
If problem still persist, then disconnect all fans and Leds.
If there are two RAMs, then check it one by one also.
"spammy randomized beeps": Don't know about this kind of beep , but can you go from below link, may be this will help.

Thanks, late response but my CPU fan was just on backwards.
