[SOLVED] pc userbenchmark: pc performing below expectations.

i used userbenchmark and it says that most of my parts are performing below expectations. anything i can do to fix it?

Don't look at the expectation unless you are looking for upgrade.
look at the average bench.

It says ''Sub-optimal background CPU (16%). High background CPU reduces benchmark accuracy'' What did you have running in the background?
