Question PC using 11gb ram at idle

Help!

This is my first PC build and IT used to work fine, noe IT uses 11gb of ram at idle an discord constantly crashes due to not enough ram. What uses the ram is Windows applications. With all of them using about 100mb of ram each. My PC specs: ryzen 2600x
Gtx 1080ti
16gb Corsair 3200mhz ram
Aourus x470 ultra gaming
Kingston SSD

Please help me i do not know what to do.

Post a screenshot of your task manager, with processes arranged by ram usage highest to lowest.

Can you maximize the window so we can see the ram usage?

Scroll down to second picture and where IT says "minne" is the ram usage.

Well, it isn't the programs on the screen causing the problem, your scrollbar is almost at the bottom. Scroll all the way to the top, with the same sort order, and it should show what is actually using the ram.
