Pc Using 15GB RAM of 16GB

Hi, my pc is using between 10 and 15gb of RAM when i am idleing. Why does it do this? It doesn't use all my RAM at the start of my session but when i have played a game or just used google chrome for a while it starts using a lot of ram. Sometimes i get a message that says that i am using too muc RAM but i am only trying to watch a video. How can i fix this? Here are some pictures.

Nothing on your screenshots explain using up all that RAM.

Try running CleanMem Mini Monitor Free and see how much RAM is really being used overall. It also has a feature to clean the memory on demand, or it can be set to do it automatically every few minutes. I suspect you have a computer that has a lot running, and would benefit from a daily reboot, and the utility I mentioned to free up the memory from previous processes.

If you have neither can get the free versions of both AVG antivirus and Malwarebytes

I blame Chrome mainly, if it was malware your cpu wouldnt be sitting at 5%.
