PC using 29.5GB RAM at idle

any programs look fishy?

I have chrome and discord open and its using 29.5-30GB RAM, which im assuming is not normal since most people dont have more than 16GB if theyre lucky

Not really seeing anything that looks out of order. But that is quite a ram consumption... have you done some proper, thorough scans? For rootkits as well. Try scanning offline. Something is wrong anyways....
