PC using integrated graphics

So i took out my graphics card to clean it and then put it back in and it looked like it was working fine and dandy. I then went into device manager to make sure the card was in right (and it was). Then i played a game and it was super laggy so i realized it had switched back to integrated graphics. My card is an AMD Radeon R7 260x, so i tried to open AMD radeon settings (crimson) but it said "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware". In order to switch it back to the graphics card, i need to get this working. I've tried updating windows, using uninstall utility to get rid of all AMD stuff then re installed it, used auto detect utility and even tried the old control catalyst but the graphics tabs were missing and i tried everything to get them back to now avail. i've also tried updating intel drivers and net framework. Im getting desperate so any help is appreciated.

I'm not sure what the problem is with your drivers but if you have the monitor plugged into the GPU you can't be running on integrated graphics.

If the monitor is plugged into your motherboard you are running on integrated graphics. If the monitor is plugged into your GPU you are running on the GPU.

Edit: Make sure the monitor is plugged into the GPU and then try running a program called DDU to completely remove the old drivers from your system. Then download the current drivers from AMD's website.
