PC using way too much of everything you can see in Taskmanager

Im just looking at my taskmanager with a single youtube video play and no other tabs and its using 1.260,0MB which is the majority of the 60% it's using even though i have 12 GB of ram. when i play a game its way too high. the cpu is on 80% and goes to 96% when i play overwatch, blizzard update agent is using like 75% but sometimes it goes to like 3% which im guessing is what it should be at. also the gpu goes way into the 80 to 95% when just playing overwatch on the lowest graphical settings. i have no idea why this is happening now, please help i have a Aurora R4 with GTX 960 and 12gb of ddr3 memory
