pc vibrating after install new psu and gpu

hi
so after install new psu (fsp hyper 600w)
and new gpu : rx 480 gaming x
pc start vibrating like crazy when playing games the vibrate like an old car and the driver start the engine like this its vibrate for sec and stop and back again and stop so what the problem ?? how can i fix it or its normal ??
need help as fast as possible

its small case but there is no cables touch fans so what the problem ??

something that should be tight isn't, or something that shouldn't be touching something is touching something. Can you see which fans (if any) are speeding up and down when it happens? Concerned that you may have nudged the cpu cooler when changing things.

The gpu temp 70C on msi afterburner and fan speed 70-90 cpu temp 70C but i can fell the gpu do that

actually i have only gpu fans/cpu fan/psu fan/ rear case fan
so what i will do to see take out the psu and try run it and see if gpu fans speed change try to install another gpu to see if problem still
my gpu fans stop when there no load on the gpu so when start the pc gpu fans don't spin and pc dont vibration but when start game fans start moving and vibration come back so what should i do ??

so i found the problem my gpu have 2 fans and 2 fans blade broken with cable touch them so i think after start gpu for first time and enter games the fan start at full speed and 2 fans blade broken because the cable that touch the fans so what can i do the gpu new and under warranty so warranty will fix this or will do nothing i dont know what to say to him
