PC vs next gen consoles

I Have a little outdated kit
-Intel Core i5-2400
-6GB RAM
-H67 chipset based GIGABYTE mobo
-AMD HD 6870

can this kit compete with next gen consoles hardware? will run next gen games at least at medium or high settings?
note: heard PS4 will have A8-3850 APU and HD 7670 GPU based

All you have to do is dump your low end graphics card and buy something like a 7990 and you are all set...
