Go for the first one, Intel is far better than AMD. You might think that the AMD is faster because it has 6 cores, but on most games and applications, you don't use more than 4. By the way, if you are going to use the PC for gaming, then I should pick the first one and get 8 GB of RAM instead of 12 (that 4GB of extra RAM doesn't help at all). And maybe a (slightly) cheaper motherboard. Then put the money you saved from that into the Graphics Card and buy a nVidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti (or 570 which is slightly cheaper)

i would go with the AMD one if you need a screen and the gtx 560 ti is pretty good at gaming , the amd processor is decent good for multi tasking and i dont think it would affect your gaming much since the gpu is good.
