Question PC wakes up instantly after Sleep

Hi everyone.
Basically, I just installed a new MOBO and CPU, tweaked some settings in bios (ram clock, fast boot etc.) and been trying to put my pc to sleep but it just wakes up instantly after powering off. I've disabled "allow this to wake up computer" on mouse and keyboard + network card in device manager. I also ran powercfg -lastwake and:
Wake History Count - 1
Wake History [0]
Wake Source Count - 0
Any help is appreciated cause this is annoying as hell.
Update: I've also tried shutting down and it does the same exact thing.

try reverting all changes you made in the BIOS to see if that helps. if you have custom configurations set, they'll be lost so write them down before doing this.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

What power plans are available via Control Panel?

So I've updated the bios, reverted all the settings to default and only then tweaked it. I have no idea if that solved the problem but its solved, I just don't have the "mark as solved" tick on this post
