pc was configured to use proxy

something happened and now several programs are trying to use a proxy I did disable LAN settings yet they still want to use a proxy.

I've had browsers configured to use a proxy after the system was infected with malware/virus.

You have malware.
Probably multiple levels of malware.

This is what happens when you pirate software.

Your system is badly compromised.

I have no idea how to fix that, other than to suggest a full wipe and reinstall of everything, starting with the OS.

In any case, Tom's Hardware does not assist with pirated software, or fixing the results of using such pirated software. Other than to suggest a full wipe and reinstall.
