PC weird rapid long beeps

Welp, I'm quite sure this PC is sending me distress call in Morse code.

I went to some guys home today and looked at his computer, he told me it beeps and won't turn on. I figured out its some beep code and something is faulty.
I turned it on and the weirdest beeps came out. First a couple of them, short fast couple of two's then constant rapid beeps, around 20 of them.
I've decided to reseat everything, boot with one ram stick that I know is working, tried a different GPU, switch BIOS battery and it still is not booting.

Find out what motherboard it is. Once you know that you can find the book for it that will tell you what the beep codes mean. From there you can start further diagnoses of the problem.
