PC weird Shutdown

When I go to shutdown my Computer my it closes applications as normal but when that all clears my monitor shuts off first, then follows up with my keyboard and mouse but then the Tower stays on for a bit then powers off. Before my PC used to show down straight away normally all at the same time now it’s doing this.

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K
GPU: Nvidia GTX1080
Motherboard: MSI Z170M Mortar
RAM: 32GB DDR4 HyperxFury
Monitor: Acer Predator XB281HK

I'd look at the OS. If it's Windows 10, it's got a habit of being a little temperamental(all over the place). You might want to see if your motherboard has any BIOS updates pending. Make sure your drivers are up to date as well.
