Question PC went crazy overnight

I just came home yesterday and I turned on my pc. Didn't take long for it to shutdown and then restart, went in a loop. No time to display anything on screen. I doesn't go in the bios, just blackscreen. Keyboard and mouse lights up but nothing. I tried cmos reset and different RAM combo but still nothing worked. I tried my older asus motherboard with the same specs and it worked well. Could it be the mobo although its brand new?

Mobo: msi pro h610m-e
Cpu: i3-12100f
Ram: corsair 32gb ram
psu: njoy 550w
ssd: samsung 980 1tb

Unfortunately I don't have another psu. I would've done that.

Btw, i have debug lights on my motherboard. It goes well through the ram, boot and cpu but before turning off it stops at vga (white led). I tried my old gpu and still the same thing, so is not the gpu. Maybe the pci-e slot?
