PC what to upgrade?

Hey guys, i am new in this pc hardware area, but i buillt this pc (http://valid.x86.fr/rbsb9n)
with an professional a year ago, but now i am thinking about upgrade somethings, my main goal is to get an new graphics card, wich one you guys recomend

Ps: i have an spare gtx 650 ti boost zogis, that i plan to get an with it becouse it has an problem on the video output

As said above, up that GPU to a GTX1060/1070 or RX480.

Also, the addition of a SSD as your primary drive would be a solid item to upgrade.

theyeti87 and superninja , thanks for the tips , I found a good hard drive for some time ( https://goo.gl/7YNsrf ) I can use this as instead of ssd? tb is how enougth
and the video card , your ideas were amazing , but I have to ask, do you have any more suggestions on the price range 150-300 to an socondary graphics card in the future ( 1 US dollar = 3.20 in my countries currency )
