Question PC Will Crash And Restart When A I Full Screen A Game

Hi guys. When I load up a game, my PC will black screen and monitors will say "no signal" then there will be an audio glitch in the background. PC will then restart and load up onto the desktop as normal. does anyone have an ideas as to what this may be or any good troubleshooting ideas?
