Question PC will freeze randomly 30mins-5 hours then reboot

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what's going on with my PC anytime I boot up and game it will play fine for the most part for 1-3 hours but after that it will freeze then reboot (or manually turn it off via power button on PC) then it boots up like nothing happened I was wondering if anyone on here could help me out If you need any info about my pc i will provide it.
