Question PC Will not ask for my password after sleeping

And yes, I have to "Require sign-in when PC wakes up" option enabled.

This started after I recently updated my computer. Previously, sleeping would require me to press the power button to reactivate my PC, and would then prompt for a password. In addition, my keyboard lights would also turn off. Now, none of that happens. I also don't think it used to hibernate as trying that now takes a long time and gives me a Dell logo, which it never did before.

Any help?
