Question Pc Will Not Boot (First Ever Pc Build)

Motherboard-TUF Gaming 550 Plus (Wifi)
CPU-Ryzen 7 3700x
Ram- Ripjaws Gskill DDR4 3200 8x2
GPU-Zotac Gaming 1660 Super
Power Supply-EVGA GT 650w Gold Fully Modular
SSD-Samsung 980

When I turn on the Power Supply the light turns, but the mother board light show Ram as orange, CPU as red, VGA as white, and Boot as yellow.

No one turns on another turns off then it stops at the boot light which is hreen/yellow

Is your Samsung 980 your boot drive? Did you install Windows on it?
