Question PC will not boot properly following power outage

My PC was stuck on the boot screen after a power outage. After reading some guides online I turned off the power, unplugged everything, and then reassembled my PC. Now the PC turns on but I cannot get any signal to the monitor or any sign of power to my mouse and keyboard. Furthermore, I’ve changed USB ports and used a different HDMI cord and monitor and still have no luck.


Any idea what’s wrong?

NVIDIA RTX 3070
motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z390-P
32 gigs RAM
EVGA Switching 750 W PSU
Windows 10 Home 64 bit
