My PC will not turn on except for the fans,light, ghraphics card light, and a pulsing motherboard light (LAN related). My computer went from booting in under 10 seconds, to a couple minutes, to not even turning
on. I've been troubleshooting it for two days now and I'm not sure what to do. I'll list what I've done.
Currently on start up there is no POST process and no error code beeps. Fans run calmly jumping in speed for maybe half a second here and there.
-Checked connections (yes the right power cable is in the motherboard)
-Reseated *everything*
-upgraded from 500w to a 700w PSU
-removed RAM (motherboard beeped error code for RAM) no startup
-used other RAM sticks, nothing.
-removed graphics card and used VGA to display picture (no success)
-checked processor for damage and reseated (it's fine)
-Dusted
-Removed CMOS battery and re inserted
-Replaced CMOS battery
-Turned PC off, removed power cable, held power for 60 seconds.
-Read endless forums whilst pulling my hair out.
I followed the guide here on Tom's Hardware but nothing is working. Any ideas? I ordered a new motherboard (H110M-E M.2) thats the exact same kind installed currently hoping that would remedy the issue. It won't be here till Sunday and I got projects for college I need to complete! My PC is barely 3 months old! Help!

Since owning it I've upgrade to a 16GB Viper RAM stick and added 1 Terabyte HDD.
