Question PC will not boot with new RAM ?

Hello i just got Vengeance ram sticks and installed them but my pc will not boot. I've tried one stick at a time and still nothing.

I put the old stick back in and it booted up fine.

I even tried one new stick and the old stick and it worked for a little bit but then stopped. Does anyone know what else i can try?

Did you reset CMOS/BIOS between changes ?

i have and it still didnt work. i put both sticks in my wifes computer and everything worked fine. i even bought a neo forza stick and it still didnt work.
