PC will not post

I just built my first pc and it is having troubles starting up. I'm using a asus b-350 plus motherboard, Ryzen 7 1700, 16 gb if ddr4 corsair vengeance ram -3000 MHz-, a g1 evga 650w modular power supply, and a sc2 1080 ti from evga, its all held within a nzxt s340 case. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to get my rig up and running.

Thanks, but I just figured it out. Since this was my first build I forgot that I had to turn the motherboard on not just the PSU, Thanks though!
