PC will not start after replaced motherboards

I've replaced my motherboard in a previously working pc and when I turn it on, all fans start up but there's no USB or visual output to allow me to use the PC, or even access bios. I need recommendations, other threads on this site have given me no luck

And what was the old mobo and whats the cpu?? It probably need a BIOS update to support whatever the CPU is

What other threads? What motherboard did you replace with what new motherboard? Also a photo wouldn't hurt.

Typically, if you are replacing a motherboard and keeping a CPU then the motherboard will be newer than the CPU and not need a BIOS update to run existing/older chips.

Question 1) Why did you replace the motherboard?
Question 2) What are these components?

If you replaced the motherboard in a non-working system, it may not have been the problem.
Question 3) If so, what were the symptoms before that led to the new motherboard?

Did you try removing ram one stick at a time? Test if you ram is all good. Unplug all drives and check for video. Try other video outputs to check all connections. Most Mobo have 2 be it VGA, dvi, or HDMI.

Ummm...

a) Your replaced the motherboard with an identical make / model ?

or

b) You replaced you motherboard with a newer or different brand / model MoBo, then wiped the HD and reinstalled windows ?

Either should work.
