Ok so I've replaced the motherboard and psu and still nothing. The wierdest thing is that when I was unplugging the 24 pin it would turn on. If it is connected all the way it won't turn on but if I leave it half connected it will turn on except it does so in like short bursts. What could be causing this? I literally just replaced the motherboard and psu because it would not turn on . I tested the psu with the psu tester and it worked so it was not the psu. I also tested the new psu with the tester and it turned on. Did I get a faulty motherboard? It just doesnt make sense how I have the same problem after replacing those 2 parts. I have reseated gpu and ram. I tested to see if it was the outlet but it will not turn on anywhere. I found this thread from a guy who also had the same problem but he just solved it by replacing his motherboard which I already did. Here is the link.
