PC will not turn on. Buzzing noise.

When I push the power button on my PC, the front light turns on, the fans start to move, but after about half a second to a second, it shuts off.

For the time the light is on, there is a buzzing noise coming from what seems like the battery.

I have tried opening up the PC and taking out the 4 RAM cards I have, but the same process happens.

I am not sure how to fix this and I would really appreciate it if you could help me, thanks.

I think the buzz sound you hear is from your HDD. It buzzes when it spins and stop spinning which is, I think, a dying HDD's symptom. Anyways, post your specs. Specific names of your hardware
