[SOLVED] PC will not turn on. I hear 4 beeps. Please Help

When I jump start the pc by touching the 2 pins, I hear 4 beeps from the speaker. My cpu fans and motherboard lights go on for 2 minutes then shut down. I get no display as well. Please help.

My setup-
MOBO- Gigabyte b550 aorus elite AX
CPU- Ryzen 5 5600x
Video- GeForce 3070
750w power supply

Reseat your graphics card.

Thanks for the help. Figured out the issue. Turns out my graphics card has some faulty pins. Plugged in a friend's card and it was fine.
