What do I do , a new ram stick will be coming tomorrow just to see if that will be the problem what do you think??? And even if I take the GPU out it still happens

I wouldn't count on a unknown RAM brand, but it's probably not the RAM, if it was the ram, it would probably continue spinning the fans at full speed and give off beep codes, but not shut off.
It might be the CPU, if your heatsink is not seated properly, the motherboard will turn off, to prevent burning the cpu.

It might be RAM, might also be a dead motherboard. If it doesn't stay at a certain state (like fans spinning but nothing happening, or it's beeping, or if it displays a warning code if your mobo has that), it's most likely your motherboard or PSU...
