[SOLVED] PC Will Not Turn On

So I’ve had my pc for a year already and for some reason just today it wouldn’t even turn on. No fans are on nothing. The only thing thats on is my keyboard’s lights so im sure its not the motherboard. However I tested all the parts 1 by 1 and its still not booting. Can someone help me troubleshoot my pc?

GPU: RTX 2070 super ventus
Mobo: Gigabyte Aorus x470 Gaming
CPU: r5 2600x
RAM: 2x8 3200mhz
Storage: Samsung 860 Evo
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA G3 750 W 80+ Gold Certified

The most obvious thing to test first is the PSU, if you don't have a spare laying around or one you can borrow, a PSU tester is pretty cheap.
