Question Pc will only post half the time.

Hi there,
Looking for some help with my pc, ive been having a new issue with it only posting sometimes. It will randomly turn on at times and just not post, the fans will spin up and sometimes the mouse and keyboard light up. It usually takes me unplugging everything from the mobo and restarting/ turning off power to psu multiple times to get it back. It also usually freezes in bios before starting windows upon first boot after this issue happens. Ive been running my pc for a few months now with minor issue and this just happened. All drivers and windows are up to date.

SSD/HDD: Kingston 500gb ssd + seagate 1tb hdd
GPU:msi radeon rx 570
PSU: 6 months old, 550w cooler master 80 plus bronze
OS: windows 10 pro 1909
