pc will only turn on when everything but the power and hdmi cable are not connected!!!!

ok so i cleaned my computer the other day but did not unplug anything inside. my computer will not boot on when the internet, keyboard, mouse, headset, stario cables are connected to it. when they are connected it will turn on, but my monitor doesn't receive a signal, and it does not boot up.

when i disconnect those items and restart, the computer turns on and the monitor boots up perfectly.at this point i connect everything back up and were good to go. when i turn off the computer and turn it back on i have to disconnect everything for it to boot up.

also if i put it in sleep mode it will not come back from it.

i would like to know what causing it so i dont have to do this every single time, thank you.

Sounds a bit like a Power Supply issue to me. What one are you using.

If I was you I would get hold of a psu tester and test the psu

my psu is cooler master gx 750 and it worked fine till i cleaned my computer. and when i cleaned it i only cleaned the fans and didnt unplug 1 thing. so idk why the psu would be a problem. could you plz elaborate why the psu could be the problem?

ok so i figured out what was wrong, my psu cable and my monitor cable look exactly the same and apparently i had switched them up. once i took them out and put the cables in there original place everything works fin.

computer turns on with everything plugged in and now it also boots back up from sleep.
