[SOLVED] PC will restart 5-10 mins into games

Hello this is my first post,
My gaming PC will restart itself randomly whenever I load a game but has no problem with anything else. I never overclocked anything so everything is still stock.

My Build:
Processor: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: ROG RX 480
RAM: Viper Elite 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz (x2 for 16Gb)
PSU: CX-650M
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
Storage: 1 Tb HDD and 250Gb SSD
Motherboard: Strix B450-F

Things I have tried:
-Updating all drivers
-Updated windows 10
-Updated Bios
-Upgraded from I5-7600 to Ryzen 5 3600
-Swapped PSU , I have a RM 850I which I tried swapping for the CX-650M
-Tired downvolting GPU
-Ran Memory Test with no problems
-CPU and GPU both can handle stress test with no problems
-CPU and GPU have never gone above 75C
-Disabled Windows from restarting computer
-Changed power settings to power saving

Any advice would be great, im getting tired of throwing money into my build and its the exact same problem every time.

Have you reinstalled Windows?
Updating and reinstalling are not the same. It should be done with major hardware changes.

Try doing a clean install for windows it might yelp
