PC WITH GOOD SPECS, BAD FPS! PLEASE HELP!
Hello,
I have a GTX 1070 EVGA, i7 7700K, 16 GB ram, 512gb ssd
but still i only get about 120-150 fps in csgo. While my friend with the same specs gets about 280 fps on max settings please help.

1. I have turned off xbox dvr
2. xbox game record
3. Verified game cache
4. Re-installed windows

All of these and nothing have worked. Still about 120 fps in game.
Please Help!
