Pc with i5 under £500

So lately i've been trying to figure out a new build for my pc and I decided to go with a i5, What I will be doing? playing games like minecraft , cs:go , tf2 etc . Also i will be rendering a little for youtube videos. I don't think I will be overclocking but it will be really nice if one of you included two builds with one that you can overclock the cpu and one that you can't overclock.
Also a graphics card between £100-140
It can be a AMD or Nvidia Card
and a 600W+ PSU for future upgrades(preferably corsair)
A 120gb ssd and 1tb hdd
